Every day, our carers make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

The Harmony Homecare Carers of the Year competition has been created to recognise the professionalism, compassion, reliability and commitment shown by our care team.

Throughout the competition period, eligible carers will be monitored against clear and fair standards.

Carers who meet the required eligibility conditions will be entered into the final raffle, which will take place at our 7th Anniversary Party in July 2027.

    Carer performance, compliance, professionalism and feedback will be monitored throughout the competition period.

    Final Eligibility Review

    Before the anniversary party, the company will confirm which carers have met all mandatory conditions.

    Anniversary Raffle

    The final raffle and prize announcement will take place at Harmony Homecare Suffolk's 7th Anniversary Party in July 2027.

How the Final Raffle Will Work

Carers must meet all mandatory eligibility criteria to be included in the final raffle.

Eligibility will be reviewed using evidence collected throughout the competition period, including audits, care records, training compliance, supervision records, attendance, feedback and performance reviews.

Only carers confirmed as eligible under the official rules will be included in the final raffle.

The final raffle will take place during Harmony Homecare Suffolk's 7th Anniversary Party in July 2027.
