Introduction
Every day, our carers make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families. The Carers of the Year competition recognises the professionalism, compassion, reliability and commitment shown by our team throughout Suffolk.
Throughout the competition period, eligible carers are monitored against clear and fair standards. Those who meet the required conditions will be entered into the final raffle at our 7th Anniversary Party in July 2027.
The Prizes
1st PrizeSeven nights on the Red Sea for you and a companion at a five-star all-inclusive resort. Return flights, private transfers, sea-view suite and premium dining included — a truly restorative escape after a year of care.
2nd PrizeThree nights in the heart of Milan at an elegant five-star hotel, with return flights, daily breakfast and a curated welcome for two. Style, art and Italian hospitality, all at a gentle pace.
3rd PrizeA full day of pampering at a highly rated British spa: thermal journey, two signature treatments, a two-course lunch and afternoon tea. A calm, well-earned reset — close to home.
All prizes are subject to the official competition terms, maximum budgets, availability, booking conditions and company approval. Full details will be included in the official competition rules.
How it works
The competition begins in July 2026.
The full eligibility criteria and official rules will be provided to carers by the end of August 2026.
Carer performance, compliance, professionalism and feedback will be monitored throughout the competition period.
Before the anniversary party, we confirm which carers have met all mandatory conditions.
The final raffle and prize announcement take place at Harmony's 7th Anniversary Party in July 2027.
Eligibility
The final criteria, evidence requirements, exclusions and raffle entry rules will be confirmed in the official competition policy. Eligibility must be based on documented evidence and applied fairly to all participating carers.

The final raffle
Carers must meet all mandatory eligibility criteria to be included in the final raffle.
Eligibility is reviewed using evidence collected throughout the competition period — audits, care records, training compliance, supervision records, attendance, feedback and performance reviews.
Only carers confirmed as eligible under the official rules will be included, and the final raffle takes place during Harmony's 7th Anniversary Party in July 2027.
