Dear management, This morning I have spent time with your excellent, professional and caring staff member, Jade. I had the good fortune to meet her and Connie last week as we attended the home of Mr. JR out at Isleham to assess his ongoing care needs and I was impressed with both ladies' care knowledge and support to the client.
Today I met Jade to support JR, giving him time to dress, mobilise and have continence needs met this morning. Jade displayed a calm, re-assuring voice as JR mobilised from his home to the transport to Mabbs Hall.
I was very impressed by Connie and Jade, but Jade this morning went above and beyond her person-centred approach to afford this gentleman the utmost care and reassurance at a difficult time for him.
Do pass on my regards, you and your company are lucky to have staff of this calibre.
