Complaints procedure.

If something isn't right, we want to know. Here's how to raise a concern with us, and who else you can contact.

Raising a concern with us

We would always rather hear about a concern early, while it's easy to put right. Clients, family members and representatives can raise a concern or a formal complaint by phone, email or in writing, and we will acknowledge it and work through it with you.

You're also welcome to write to us at Office 4c, Rosemary House, Lanwades Business Park, Kennett, Newmarket, CB8 7PN, or ask to speak to the Registered Manager directly.

If you're not satisfied with our response

You do not have to raise a concern with us first, and you can contact these bodies at any stage if you'd prefer to, or if you feel our response hasn't resolved things.

  • Care Quality Commission (CQC)

CQC is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. You can share information about our service with CQC at any time, including alongside — not instead of — raising a complaint with us.

    Give feedback to CQC
  • Local Government & Social Care Ombudsman

The Ombudsman investigates complaints about care providers where a complainant remains dissatisfied after going through the provider's own complaints process.
