This Cookie Policy explains how Aid Homecare Limited, trading as Harmony Homecare Suffolk ("we", "us", "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on harmonyhomecaresuffolk.co.uk (the "Site"). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
What are cookies?

Marketing cookies — only loaded if you press "Accept":
- Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) — helps us understand which of our Facebook and Instagram adverts bring people to this website, and lets us show our adverts to relevant audiences. It sets cookies such as _fbp and shares page views and contact clicks with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. Nothing is loaded and nothing is sent to Meta unless you accept cookies. If you later change your mind and press "Reject", we immediately withdraw consent with Meta, stop sending any further events and delete the _fbp cookie.
Analytics cookies — only loaded if you press "Accept":
- Google Analytics 4 — helps us understand how many people visit the site, which pages they read and how they move around it, so we can improve the information we publish. When it is switched on, it sets first-party cookies such as _ga and _ga_<container-id>, which tell repeat visits apart without identifying you by name. The Google tag is present on every page, but it starts with Google Consent Mode set to "denied": until you press "Accept", no analytics or advertising cookies are set and no page views are recorded by us. While storage is denied, Google may still receive limited cookieless signals (for example that consent was declined). If you later change your choice to "Reject", we deny consent again immediately, stop sending analytics events and remove these cookies from your browser.
If you reject cookies, or have not yet made a choice, no analytics or advertising storage is used: the Meta Pixel is not loaded at all, and the Google tag stays in a consent-denied state with no cookies. You can change your mind at any time using the button below.
