Our office is at Kennett, just outside the town. Visiting care for Newmarket, the villages around it, and the Cambridgeshire border.
Newmarket is closer to home for us than anywhere else we work: our office sits at Rosemary House on Lanwades Business Park in Kennett, a few minutes from the town. Care coordinators, the registered manager and the training room are all here, which means decisions about your care are made by people who could be at your door the same afternoon.
Home care here covers a wide mix. Retired people in the streets around the High Street and Exning Road, families in the newer estates, and people in the surrounding villages who are a long way from the nearest bus. Visits are planned around geography as much as need, so carers aren't spending your time in the car.
We support adults aged 18 and over with personal care, dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities and sensory impairments. Everything is regulated by the Care Quality Commission and delivered by carers we recruit and train ourselves.

Because we're local, arranging the visit is usually straightforward. We look at the house, the routine and the risks, and answer your questions.

Care plan agreed with you
Written together, in plain language, and signed off before care starts. It belongs to you and stays in your home.
- Step 4
A small, consistent team
We match a small group of carers to your round wherever possible, and tell you in advance when someone different is covering.
- Step 5
Ongoing reviews
Reviews are scheduled, but you don't have to wait for one. If something isn't working, call the office and we'll change it.

- Office 4c, Rosemary House, Lanwades Business Park, Kennett, Newmarket, CB8 7PN. It sits just off the A14 between Newmarket and Bury St Edmunds, and it is where our care coordinators and managers work day to day.
- Can I come in and talk to someone face to face?
- Yes, though it is worth ringing first so the right person is there rather than out on an assessment. Most families find it easier for us to come to them, which we do free of charge.
- Do you cover the Cambridgeshire side of Newmarket?
- Newmarket sits right on the county boundary, and we do visit nearby Cambridgeshire villages such as Kennett, Fordham and Burwell as well as the Suffolk side. Funding arrangements can differ by county, so tell us your address when you call.
- Is care available at weekends and bank holidays?
- Care runs seven days a week, including bank holidays, and we don't add a weekend or evening surcharge. What we can't do is promise a particular time slot before we've looked at the round.
- What does CQC regulation actually mean for me?
