Accessibility statement
We want every Harmony colleague, client and family member to be able to use this site and take part in the free prize draw.
- Every page works on a mobile phone, tablet and desktop, and remains readable at 200% zoom.
- All forms can be completed with a keyboard alone, with visible focus outlines, labelled fields and clear error messages.
- Text uses colour combinations chosen for contrast, and no information is conveyed by colour alone.
- Images that carry meaning have descriptive alternative text; decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Interactive value cards and accordions announce whether they are expanded or collapsed.
- If you cannot use social media, or find any part of the competition harder to take part in, the office will agree an equally accessible alternative that is never more burdensome.
- Reasonable adjustments are available for disabled employees at every stage, including registration, evidence and appeals.
